These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Vents website and the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services we provide across Santa Clarita and Los Angeles & Ventura Counties, California. By using this website or requesting service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request a quote, book service, or enter into an agreement with Just Vents. By using this site or requesting service from us, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, do not use this website or submit information through it — a parent or legal guardian must contact us and arrange service on your behalf.

Text messaging consent also requires that you be 18 or older and be the owner of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to minors. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted information to us, we will delete it.

Our services

Prices are subject to change until a quote is accepted, and may vary with the scope of work and the condition of the system.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas and equipment where work is to be performed. We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows, but timing may be affected by weather, traffic, and other factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time service is completed, unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for the full amount of services rendered and any materials supplied.

Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (818) 213-3212. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
